1950
Hermann Wager and Hermann Wagner, two close friends and both working as design engineers for Daimler Benz founded the company today located near Stuttgart, Baden Württemberg in Germany. In the Nineteenfifties Hermann Wager designed various elastomeric joints for use as suspensions in washing machines and spin driers which later also were patented by him. This was the beginning for close business connections especially with the household appliances industry. Over the next years they were continuously growing and improving their business to provide an extensive line of rubber and plastic products - custom and standard - for a wide variety of industries and applications.
